Fulfilment Phase

Begins immediately after the Thanksgiving Weekend of the Intensive Phase.

The Director make arrangements to finalise all pledging, presents a progress report introduces a continuation plan for the further maintenance of the programme.

The fufilment phase requires the energy and commitment of a committee of approximately six members meeting on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. Their main responsiblity is one of montoring the programme and the regular acknowledgements of thanks to parishioners. Planned Giving Counsellors place a great deal of importance on maintaining the value of the programme and have prepared a manual to assist the committee meet its objectives.
