Intensive Phase

As are result of the work undertaken by the Preparation Committee all is in readiness for the commencement of the ‘Intensive Phase’.

Much happens with the arrival of the Director including the appointment of leaders and a meeting to brief them on their responsibilities.

The Director speaks at Services/Masses on the first weekend and makes an appeal for parishioners to attend the Initial Mission Group Meeting.

The enlistment and training of parish visitors to invite all families/parishioners to attend the Thanksgiving Dinner/Function and the Thanksgiving Services/Masses.

The Director manages and maintains the continuance of the Intensive Phase with leadership visits to core parishioners, the preparation of materials, meetings and speaking at Services/Masses.

The Director works closely with the Parish Priest and lay leadership in preparing for the Thanksgiving Dinner or Functions – agenda items - speakers – audio visuals – arrangements for Thanksgiving Commitments being made over the Thanksgiving Weekend and the preparation of an analysis of results.
