Planned Giving Counsellors has been working with the church in Australia and New Zealand since 1981conducting planned giving or stewardship programmes.

We also conduct Capital Fundraising Appeals on behalf of schools, colleges and other related institutions. We listen carefully, plan thoughtfully and act creatively to maximize the impact of your programme.

Preparation Phase

The awareness module is about preparation. A Director visits the parish, meets with the Parish Council and assists in establishing the Preparation Committee. During the Awareness module three sub-committees are formed.

Intensive Phase

As are result of the work undertaken by the Preparation Committee all is in readiness for the commencement of the ‘Intensive Phase’.

Fulfilment Phase

Begins immediately after the Thanksgiving Weekend of the Intensive Phase.

The Director make arrangements to finalise all pledging, presents a progress report introduces a continuation plan for the further maintenance of the programme.
